At CoffeeAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fresh-roasted coffee and gourmet products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Send your return package to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
